Production Process:

1. Order Placement: The process begins when we receive an online order detailing the specific product, including its quantity, size, color, and any other customer requirements. We carefully review all the details with the client, offering advice and selecting the most suitable options. This applies to all our products, including hotel tablecloths, linens, quilts, pillows, banquet skirts, slipcovers, and more. If needed, we can provide a free sample or a single manufactured piece for the customer to evaluate. Once the order is finalized and all details are confirmed, it proceeds directly to our workshop.
2. Preparation and Control: Once the order is confirmed, we begin the preparation process. Our team prepares the necessary materials, with a strong emphasis on quality, which is our hallmark. We prioritize high standards and aim to meet the needs of even the most discerning clients. Beyond preparation, the most crucial aspect of production is quality control. Throughout the entire process, materials are meticulously inspected to ensure they meet our stringent standards.
3.  Production: The next step involves the actual production. The fabric is cut into pieces according to the specified dimensions of the order. These pieces are then assembled by sewing them together using machines. The stitching is done meticulously to ensure the product meets the required standards and is ready for the next quality inspection.
4. Final Inspection and Packaging: The final inspection is the most crucial stage of production. Each piece undergoes a thorough visual check to identify any stains, dirt, or defects. Any item that does not meet our standards is immediately discarded. After this inspection, the products are folded and manually packed. This stage also includes an additional visual inspection to ensure the highest quality before the items are shipped.
5. Packaging and Delivery: Once production is complete, the products are carefully packaged and prepared for transportation. A transport company then delivers the goods directly to the customer, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
