How Do We Make Our Quality Tablecloths?

Our company is one of the few Slovak firms specializing in textile tablecloth production, with nearly a decade of experience. We take pride in sewing our tablecloths directly in our workshop. Here’s how the process works:
The journey begins with an order from the client. They specify the desired tablecloth—its material, size, and quantity. We can accommodate various sizes and shapes to meet individual needs.
Next is the production phase. We use high-quality fabrics suited for tablecloths, as these are subject to significant wear from frequent use and washing in a restaurant setting. Restaurant owners expect durability, and our materials meet those expectations.
Qualified employees handle the sewing process, ensuring precision and quality. Our efficient production methods allow us to create up to a thousand tablecloths a day if needed. We also offer a range of finishing options, from classic sewing to special adjustments, to suit our clients' preferences.
Careful Inspection
At our sewing workshop, tablecloths undergo meticulous supervision throughout the entire production process. This includes up to three stages of inspection: first during fabric cutting, then as the seamstress checks the sewing and finishing methods, and finally during the folding and packaging stage. This rigorous quality control ensures that clients receive a high-quality product free from dirt, poor stitching, or defects.
Once inspected, the tablecloths are ready for export. We offer various guarantees, such as stain removal with Teflon treatments. After production, tablecloths are promptly shipped to the customer either by our own transport or through a forwarding company to ensure timely delivery.

Our company prides itself on its efficient tablecloth production. We offer unbeatable prices by sourcing fabrics directly from factories, eliminating intermediaries. In some cases, we can even produce and fulfill orders on the same day, ensuring swift delivery to meet your needs.
Types of Materials
Our company offers tablecloths in three material versions to suit various needs.
Classic cotton tablecloths, though less popular now, are still available for those who prefer this traditional option in smaller quantities.
Polyester tablecloths with Teflon treatment have increasingly become the preferred choice. They offer excellent resistance to stains, grease, and wear, making them a cost-effective option due to their easy maintenance and durability.
For an even higher standard, we offer mixed tablecloths that combine cotton and polyester. These are highly valued by experienced hoteliers and restaurant owners worldwide for their superior quality and performance.
Choosing the right tablecloth is crucial. While cheaper options may be tempting, they often don't offer the long-term value and durability of our high-quality, in-house manufactured tablecloths.
