Take a Look at Our Production
Luxury, style, and elegance define the curtains and blinds produced by our company. Our meticulous and often painstaking work results in products that not only captivate the eye but also, thanks to high-quality velvet materials, create a regal impression. These features are sure to be appreciated by our clients, and the long service life of our products helps save costs.
In our previous article, we introduced new products added to our portfolio as part of our commitment to improving service quality. But do you know how our unique curtains and blinds are made?

We categorize our curtains into two main types: Dimout and Blackout, based on their light transmission capabilities. Our focus is primarily on Blackout curtains, which are essential in the hotel and restaurant industries. Blackout curtains are commonly used in hotel rooms and traditional bedrooms due to their ability to provide nearly complete darkness throughout the day.
In addition to their superior light-blocking capabilities, Blackout curtains offer excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. They effectively dampen sound, contributing to a quieter environment, and prevent heat from escaping, which helps reduce operating costs. Conversely, they also block direct sunlight and heat, making them particularly valuable during hot summer months.
Simple Maintenance
We use MICROFLEX hooks for all our curtains, a unique production method favored especially in the Netherlands. These hooks are sewn into the curtain fabric at regular intervals, making the curtains both easy to maintain and highly durable.
The MICROFLEX hooks are made from a robust plastic that ensures long-lasting flexibility and resistance to wear, even with daily use. Their design allows for quick and straightforward sewing, as the hook simply slides into place. This not only speeds up the production process but also ensures that the hooks remain secure and functional over time.
Watch Out for Creasing
When you purchase curtains or drapes from our company, you receive them already pleated, ensuring a perfect fit and eliminating the need for additional adjustments. In contrast, many competitors or foreign suppliers offer curtains that arrive as flat pieces of fabric, requiring the customer to gather or arrange them to achieve the desired look. This can lead to issues where the curtain might not fit properly after hanging.
At our company, we use a creasing ratio of 1:1.5, which is the most common type. This means that for every meter of pleated curtain, we use 1.5 meters of fabric. This approach ensures that the final product is exactly as ordered, with the fabric pre-pleated to the required width.
The benefits of our pleated curtains include:
- Easy Handling: The permanent pleats make installation straightforward, with hooks already in place for quick and effortless hanging.
- Durability: The curtains can be washed with the hooks attached, thanks to their robust design, which maintains their shape and strength through multiple washes.
By choosing our pre-pleated curtains, you ensure a hassle-free experience and a product that meets your specifications right out of the box.
Other Benefits
Our clients will certainly appreciate the additional advantages of our meticulously tailored products. Each curtain features a refined hem, approximately 10 centimeters wide at the bottom and 2 centimeters on the sides, adding an extra touch of elegance. The lower part of the curtain includes a 50-gram lead weight sewn into the hem, ensuring the fabric hangs evenly and maintains a sophisticated, balanced appearance.
The hems are sewn with precision by our skilled workers, who focus on quality and promptly correct any imperfections. Each product undergoes a rigorous inspection process to ensure that every detail meets our high standards. This meticulous approach is time-intensive, accounting for about half of the production time for each curtain, reflecting our commitment to superior quality.
By choosing our curtains, you benefit from a product that combines aesthetic appeal with practical functionality, crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.
How to Measure Curtains Correctly
To choose the right size for your curtain, start by deciding how many centimeters you want it to fall from the floor. Measure the height from the floor to the top of the curtain attachment mechanism, such as the runner, snail, or wheel. Subtract the desired length above the floor from this measurement to determine the length of the curtain needed.
Select the curtain width from our options: 90 cm, 110 cm, 130 cm, 150 cm, 170 cm, 190 cm, or 200 cm. Measure the height from the top of the curtain rail or rod to the desired end point of the curtain, without adding extra length for gathering.
If you’re unsure about your measurements, feel free to contact us for assistance. We’re here to ensure you get the perfect fit for your curtains.
A Final Tip
Did you know we offer curtains and blinds in a fire-resistant version? These products feature an impregnation that significantly slows down ignition, making them ideal for areas where fire safety is a concern. This treatment is particularly beneficial in large hotels or other high-risk environments. If you’re interested, we can provide a detailed offer upon request.
