After a challenging period, we managed to bounce back, and our production is now running at full speed. Hotels, restaurants, wellness centers, and other facilities took advantage of this time to renew, modernize, or remodel their spaces. We previously discussed how this improved situation benefited us in a previous article. Now, let’s take a closer look at how the production of the individual products in our portfolio is carried out.

The advantage of our company lies in the fact that we sew most of the products we offer directly in our own workshop. This guarantees that the client receives a unique piece that has undergone meticulous production and, most importantly, precise quality control at several levels. Whether it's a tablecloth, hotel textiles, or various other products from our extensive range, quality always remains our top priority.
Let's start from the beginning. Everything starts with a demand for a specific product. Through a simple order on our website, horecatextile.eu, clients can easily find what they need. They can view prices, dimensions, colors, and other relevant details. Our company operates as a manufacturing e-shop, so the prices listed are wholesale.
"The customer doesn’t need to call anywhere or search for additional information. They can manage all the details online," said Milan Franek, manager of Horeca Textil. Orders can also be placed via email or phone. "We have an internal system that gives us a complete overview of orders, allowing us to process them efficiently. The customer receives an order confirmation along with information that the goods will be delivered within ten days. If they need the products sooner, we’re open to reaching an agreement, ideally through a quick phone call or email," he added.
In the next step, we review the orders, and our staff checks if the goods are in stock. If available, they can reserve the items. Payment can be made either via cash on delivery or through an advance invoice. "For certain items, the production timeline might be extended due to their complexity. In such cases, we reach out to the customer. Once everything is in place, production begins. Unlike a standard e-shop, many of our products are made to order, which adds complexity to our process. Despite this, we maintain constant communication with the customer and strive to meet all their needs,"added M. Franek.
Modern Technologies
The sewing process itself is dynamic, flexible, and continuously monitored. We utilize multiple modern sewing machines that ensure fast, high-quality, and aesthetically pleasing work. Moreover, these machines are highly accurate, resulting in virtually no deviations, and when they do occur, they are minimal. Most of our machines are digital and come equipped with several advanced features.
In line with this, we prioritize the maintenance and care of our equipment. "We are constantly focused on modernization and innovation. Our sewing machines must adhere to strict standards. This philosophy drives us forward, enabling us to meet the expectations of both our loyal and new clients," explained M. Franek.
Let's go back to production. Once the order is confirmed, the next step is to prepare the fabric and initiate the production process. The worker begins by organizing the materials and setting them up for sewing according to the specific requirements. The process involves several stages. "Each product has its own unique sewing technique, with different technologies and procedures involved. After sewing, the product undergoes a thorough quality check. If any defects are found, the item is discarded. If it passes inspection, it moves on to packaging, a final check, and then delivery to the customer," explained M. Franek.
